Meet Aly
Hi there, I’m Aly! I am passionate about helping my clients move from surviving to thriving. My primary focus areas include eating disorders/disordered eating, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Not only do I bring years of professional training and experience, but I also have my own personal journey of recovery - recovery IS possible! If you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I want you to know you're not alone. Together, we can work through the challenges you're facing and take meaningful steps toward recovery and well-being.
I take a holistic approach to therapy, crafting a personalized treatment plan that fits your unique needs. I specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). I love blending these modalities with insights into how our nervous system and brain affect how we show up in the world. We’ll also weave in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR, so we can heal from the inside out.
I believe that knowledge is power, and I’m here to give you the tools to understand what’s going on in your mind and body. The best part? You don't have to do it alone. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
I can’t wait to join you on your journey to a life filled with joy, peace, and freedom from the things that have been holding you back!

Random Facts About Aly
Therapist, Wife, Momma
I am married with two kiddos! I have enjoyed fusing together my experience in each of those hats that I wear.
Researching is my jam
It’s not uncommon to find me researching random topics, especially if it relates to mental health or how to cook some yummy food! Whether it be a research article or a blog on Pinterest, learning new things is something that makes my heart very happy.
Superpower
If I could have a superpower, it would 100% be flying! My dad was a pilot and reported he used to always have dreams he could fly. I’d love to try it myself! Plus, airline tickets aren’t cheap!
At night.. I lose all dexterity
During the day, its not uncommon for me to be holding multiple things at one time and completing several tasks simultaneously. However, once it turns 8 p.m. I lose all dexterity and drop everything, everywhere! Typically I have to vacuum early in the morning because I have dropped my night snack crumbs everywhere.
